Andrea Levere has led the Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) as its president since 2004. CFED is a private nonprofit organization with the mission of building assets and expanding economic opportunity for low-income people and disadvantaged communities through matched savings, entrepreneurship, and affordable housing.

Jennifer Brooks is CFED’s State & Local Policy Director and Director of the Assets & Opportunity Network. Ms. Brooks is an author of the annual Assets & Opportunity Scorecard—a state-by-state assessment of how families are faring and the strength of state policies. She also leads the Assets & Opportunity Network, which is a movement-oriented group of advocates, practitioners, policymakers and others working to expand the reach and deepen the impact of asset-based strategies.

Kasey Wiedrich is CFED's Director of Applied Research. Kasey manages various research projects including the Assets & Opportunity Scorecard and the Assessing Financial Capabilities Outcome project with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, researching the impact of providing both financial education and financial access to youth in a classroom setting and adults in a transitional employment program.

Lebaron Sims is a Research Manager at CFED. As a member of the Applied Research team, Mr. Sims is one of the leads on the Assets & Opportunity Scorecard, providing data analysis, visualization and writing support for the initiative. He also provides analysis for CFED’s policy and programs teams, and for the Assets and Opportunity Network.

Jennifer Medina is CFED’s State and Local Policy Manager, where she supports the Assets & Opportunity Network, a movement-oriented group of policy advocates, practitioners and other stakeholders working to broaden adoption and deepen the impact of asset-based strategies. She also helps manage CFED's annual Assets & Opportunity Scorecard, contributing to in-depth policy research and documentation of state and local progress related to a range of policies focused on asset building, asset protection and equitable economic development.
